Please read the Helpful Hints below to help your child be prepared for Field Day fun!

1. Proper Clothes: Tennis shoes, shorts or long pants. T-shirt, and maybe a sweatshirt to “layer” if it is cool. (Please have your child's name marked on these in case they get left behind.)

2. Bring a Change of Clothes: Some of these activities will include water.

3. Sunscreen: The weather looks like it will be a sunny day! Apply sunscreen at home and wear a hat.

4. Water Bottle: Please bring a water bottle marked with your child's name as we do not have water access on the field. A water re-fill and otterpop station will be available.

Schedule
9:20 - 11:20 ....... Intermediate (3rd, 4th, and 5th)
1:15 - 3:15 ........... Primary (JS, K, 1st, and 2nd)

Book Swap. Donate new and lightly used books to the book donation box located in the front office. Accepting book donations from now until June 10th. Bring a book, take a book. Read all summer long. Book Swap is Monday June 15th.

Medication

Please plan to pick up any leftover medication on the last day of school. Any medication left after June 24th, 2026, will be discarded. Only a parent or legal guardian may pick up the medication; students will not be allowed to carry mediation home. Please make every effort to retrieve your student’s leftover medication.

Please complete a new medication authorization form prior to the first day of the 26-27 school year. A parent/guardian must bring the medication and the completed authorization form to the office. Do not send medication in with your student. Prescription medication should have a prescription label. Over-the-counter medication should have the student’s name clearly marked on the packaging. Self carry forms need to be on file with the school prior to your student carrying medication at school.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Jennifer Carson, MSN, RN
