New Swag Design!!!

Order Your Green Mountain Swag!
Here is our NEW design for our Green Mountain swag!  
(On the order forms you received in your students’ folders this year, you may have inadvertently gotten a form that referenced our old design - we apologize for that!)  
We will be placing an order at the end of September for some swag! Additional order forms are available in the main office. Forms of payment that we can accept are:

  • Cash (exact amount)
  • Checks (payable to Green Mountain Elementary)
  • Credit (4.5% Convenience fee added)

Orders are due to the office by September 30.

Please have your student turn in their picture order form with cash or check to their homeroom teacher on September 22. We cannot accept student picture orders earlier than that date.

Central Kitsap Food Backpack 4 Kids

Central Kitsap Food Backpack 4 Kids (CKFBP4K) is a program offered in the Central Kitsap School District for children whose families are in need of food assistance and support.  We offer students the opportunity to take home a food bag each weekend filled with easy-to-prepare nutritious foods and snacks.  Would you be interested in having your family participate in this program for this school year?  If so, please answer a few questions by clicking this link Backpack 4 Kids Food Program.  Food bags will be sent home with your child on Fridays beginning October 9th.  If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Collins at (360) 662-8715.

Lunch & Breakfast Pricing Info

Lunch and breakfast are free of charge for all students this year at Green Mountain Elementary. However, there is a charge for separate items. Please see the price breakdown below.

  • Full breakfast and full lunch: FREE* 
  • Entrée only: breakfast $2.75, lunch $4.00
  • Milk, juice, or fruit cup: $0.75 each 
  • Second full meal: breakfast $4.25, lunch $5.25

*If a student only takes part of a meal (like just milk or just an entrée), it does not count as a free meal. Those items will be charged separately. A full meal includes:

  • Breakfast: 3 items (must include fruit)
  • Lunch: 3 of 5 food groups (includes 1/2 cup fruit/veggies)

If your child would like to order additional items, please make sure they have funds in their account. To add money to your child's account, please visit the link below.

Donations Needed

The main office is running low on clothing items for when students have accidents. If you would like to donate new or gently worn items, we would greatly appreciate it. We are in need of all elementary sizes, but especially:

  • New in the package boy's underwear sizes 4 - 10
  • Boys pants in sizes 5-10
  • Girls pants sizes 5-12

Note: elastic waistbands are much appreciated!

If you have a younger child at school, please consider packing an extra set of clothes in your child's back pack.

26-27 Returning Student Check-In

If you have a returning CKSD student, please complete a Returning Student Check-In for 26-27 for each of your students. You can complete the form online via the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Completing this form provides us with important up to date information for your child. Even if there have been no changes, please log in and verify the info that we have.
